At the time of my trip to Bali, I met with a group of people who are bringing corpse. In Bali, called Ngaben. Ngaben or the Cremation Ceremony is the ritual performed to send the dead through the transition to his next life. The village Kul Kul, hanging in the tower of the village temple, will sound a certain beat to announce the departure of the deceased. The body of the deceased will be placed at Bale Delod, as if he were sleeping, and the family will continue to treat him as if he were still alive yet sleeping. No tears are shed, for he is only gone temporarily and he will reincarnate into the family.

Hotel Cheap But Good

I arrive in Denpasar, Bali around 19.00 WIB. I am difficult to get a cheap hotel but good. Because of night, finally I and family had stayed at the hotel around Ubung Bali.

Next day, I went to the city center for explored hotel. As a guide, I finally found a small hotel but so beautiful. The hotel has a swimming pool. Bathroom wearing bath-up. And cheap price only Rp. 150.000, - for the night. Morning to get 2 hard-boiled eggs and bread.

Garuda Wisnu Kencana Bali

Once out of Uluwatu, I and family went to the Garuda Wisnu Kencana. Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue is located in Bukit Unggasan - Jimbaran, Bali. The statue is made by I Nyoman Nuarta. This monument was developed as a cultural park and tourism icons for Bali and Indonesia. The statue is the shape of the god Vishnu in the Hindu religious affairs is a god (Sthiti), in a bird Garuda.

Third day in Uluwatu Bali

Third day in Bali, I and family went to Uluwatu. Uluwatu is a local Hindu hermitage people. Here found many monkeys. I and family only briefly here because of me and my wife does not like does not like monkeys.

Luhur Pura Uluwatu is one of the temple in Bali with a very beautiful location. Main attraction for the tourists of this temple is a spectacular panorama. Located in the western part of the sea, this temple as roost at the end of the cliffs of stone which is very high and steep, with the marine blue net and lacing waves that produce foam-white foam which is very beautiful.

To be able to enter into this temple visitors must wear sarong and sash that can be rented there. The best time to visit the temple Uluwatu is at the time of the afternoon sun so that it can see the scenery spektaculer.

Additional information, around the temple complex there is a group monkeys. The monkey is like taking a wide range of goods carried by visitors. So be careful with when they are visiting Uluwatu temple complex in Bali.

Second Day in Bali

Second day a holiday, my family went to Tanah Lot. On the day that is Kuningan Day. The situation was very crowded.

Tanah Lot means "Land in the Middle of the sea" in Balinese language. Located in Tabanan, about 20 km from Denpasar, the temple sits on a large offshore rock which has been shaped continuously over the years by the ocean tide. Tanah Lot is claimed to be the work of the 15th century.

The Tanah Lot temple was built and has been a part of Balinese mythology for centuries. The temple is one of seven sea temples around the Balinese coast. Each of the sea temples were established within eyesight of the next to form a chain along the south-western coast.

At the base of the rocky island, poisonous sea snakes are believed to guard the temple from evil spirits and intruders. As well as one giant snake which also protects the temple, which was created from Nirartha’s scarf when he established the island.

Healthy Baby Winner 2004

In 2004, my first daughter had the 2nd winner champion of Bebelac Healthy Baby Competition. While still a baby, she didnot want to drink milk, because since the baby she had breastfeeding. We give her milk wih spoon so she become very thin.

Someday my sister come to our house. She brought her daughter with the age of the Karisma. Karisma see her niece was drinking with strawberry taste and a red color. Finally, she requested the same as hers. Since then, she drinking milk from a bottle without use the spoon again. After a year her body grow fat and become a champion of Healthy Baby Competition. This is Karisma photograph with her thropy.

First Day in Bali

In 2007, my family went to Bali. The first day in Bali, my family went to Kuta Beach. The beach of Kuta is one of the first favorite beaches discovered by tourist. The beach stretches as far north as the eyes can see. As short walk away north, waves will invite you to test your surfing.

Kuta in addition to being the Sunset Site Number One, with its daily spectacular sunsets, it is also the centre of night life activities in Southern Bali and a shopping mecca, with its lines of shops, boutiques, and galleries. Restaurants line up the streets as well as the Bachfront, Hotels, ranging from a small, inexpensive homestay to a luxurious resort, will ready accomodate you.
